Just returned from a delightful stay at Hotel Cecchin in Aosta, and I must say, it was a charming little gem! Nestled right next to the Arco d'Augusto and just a stone's throw from the Old Town, this place captures the authentic Alpine vibe beautifully. My room, with its rustic charm and comfortable amenities, featured a lovely balcony where I could enjoy the views while sipping on my morning coffee. The family-owned atmosphere made everything feel warm and welcoming; the hosts went out of their way to ensure we felt at home. Breakfast was a highlight, showcasing local delights that fueled us for a day of exploring, and we especially appreciated the serene garden area for a little relaxation. If you're passing through the French-Italian Alps, definitely make it a stop - you won't be disappointed!
